Deadline for booking: 19th May 2025
Your seller in the USA will ship the 26th of May – arrival 27th of May to our Florida partner (zip code for domestic shipping quote 33186). We will send to your seller(s) shipping instructions ONE WEEK BEFORE shipping date.

COST:

85€ each animal

This cost includes the trasport from our USA partner to EUROPE (Terraristika Hamm or Terraria Houten)

No additional fees required.

1st June Terraria Houten drop off

Deadline for booking: 26th May 2025
The animals will be recevied at your FedEx hub between 5th and 6th June 2025

COST:

85€ each animal + domestic shipping*

This cost includes the trasport from EUROPE (Terraristika Hamm or Terraria Houten) to our USA partner.

*Domestic shipping from Florida (normally around 85 USD, depending on the size of the package/quantity of reptiles) to your customer’s Hub. This fee will be paid directly from your customer in the USA to our Partner in Florida, he will send to the customer(s) an email few days upon shipping, to get domestic shipping paid.


Please remind to your customer(s) to keep on eye on their email for all shipping informations. You will receive all notifications via email.

We teamed up with Feedle, our Korean partner has to offer nothing but professionalism, comunication skills and everything you can wish for a smooth process to bring your reptile(s) from Korea to Europe without issues. We do not accept other(s) partnerships requests.

How the process works ?

Once you bought your animal(s) from the foreign country, you need to fill our form to proceed with the booking.

One week before the shipping date, we will send you a message/email with the instructions to ship, that you will forward to your seller in the foreign country. 

He will ship your animal(s) to our partener in Florida, and 2 days later he will ship the animals to Europe, where we will pick up and delivery to you in Hamm (date of Terraristika Hamm expo).

FAQ

Do my animals recevie food and water during the process?

NO! The whole process takes 5 days, giving food to a reptile during a transport proces is HIGHLY dangerous for the animal itself. They can have digestive problems, and end up dead. For this reason we NEVER offer any food during this process. Your animals will be taken care and checked upon arrival, and mysted with water for keep them well hydrated. 

Can I get some pictures of my animal(s) during this process? 

NO! We ship over 200 reptiles every export, for this reason you can understand why we don’t take photos to send to our customers, if you choose to ship with us, you must have faith that everything will go smooth and well. The more message we get, the more time you take off to our work and to the care of the process.

There is a risk for my animal(s)?

In every export process, there is always a risk, BUT if the animal(s) you are buying from overseason is healthy and in great shape, there will be no problems. Keep in mind that every reptile has a different temperament, some may not accept the stress of the transport, but in many years of thousaunds or reptiles exported, DOA (dead on arrival) only happened FEW times (we can still count it on the fingers!) . 

It’s always better to ask your seller a picture of the animal the day of shipping, to be sure that they are sending out an healthy and well hydrated reptile(s).

We do not reccomand to ship geckos with less then 3 grams of weight, as they are more needy and more sensitive to temperature changes.  

Add insurance to your reptile(s) shipping
